서울 국제음악제 오케스트라는 서울국제음악제에 참여하는 국내외 솔로이스트, 실내악 연주자, 오케스트라 연주자들이 참여하여 구성된 악단이다.

SIMF오케스트라는 2010년 서울국제음악제를 위해 로얄 필하모닉 오케스트라의 종신지휘자인 그레고리 노박, 한국의 젊은 연주자들과 프랑스의 목관연주자가 함께 악단을 결성해 시작되었다.

2015년 한국의 메이저 악단의 수석 현악연주자들과 일본의 메이저 악단의 수석 관악연주자들이 함께한 한일연합 오케스트라 등 다채로운 시도로 많은 호평을 받았다.

뛰어난 아티스트들과의 교류라는 값진 경험과 함께, 매번 뛰어난 예술적 성과를 올리고 있다.

Seoul International Music Festival Orchestra is a Symphony Orchestra that brings together soloists, chamber musicians, and orchestra members to take part of Seoul International Music Festival.

For the Seoul International Music Festival in 2010, the SIMF Orchestra was composed of talented Korean musicians and French woodwind players under the direction of Grzegorz Nowak, the permanent associate conductor of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

In 2015, the SIMF Orchestra which consists of acclaimed soloists and orchestra member who play an active part in leading orchestras from Korea and Japan. This project is made with desire to start a new relation between two countries through music. Harmony which they presented became a milestone that lightens new start.

The orchestra is highly acclaimed for its various musical attempts and for creating successful artistic outcomes through valuable exchange programs between talented artists.

And SIMF orchestra goes on and on.
